I-Want-Rebates.com - Terms and Conditions
This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Analog Enterprises, LLC, a Florida, USA corporation,
through participation and use of the I-Want-Rebates.com website (the "Program", "We, "Us", "Our"), and you,
as a Member, utilizing the I-Want-Rebates.com Service ("You", "Your", "Member").
You must be at least 18 years old to participate and become a member in the Program.
The Program is currently open only to US residents.
You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to participate.
By signing up for I-Want-Rebates.com, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
If you do not accept this Agreement, do not use the I-Want-Rebates.com Service.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Once you are a member of the Program, you earn rebate accruals by making qualified purchases on the webpage that
I-Want-Rebates.com has created especially for you.
Listed below are the actions you must complete to make a qualified purchase:
1. Your internet settings must have cookies "on".
2. During the same, current session that you click a link for a store's site, you must make your purchase.
I-Want-Rebates.com will not be responsible for any rebates that are not recognized by the stores listed on our site,
or if the amount of a rebate is changed with or without notice.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED BY STORES
I-Want-Rebates.com simply provides access to stores and provides rebates for qualified purchases at these sites.
Any disputes with these stores/sites for any reason is the sole responsibility of the member. I-Want-Rebates.com
will not be liable for any losses, damages or claims from the use of our site nor the products or services purchased at any
of the store's or use of their websites.
REBATE AMOUNTS
The percentage or dollar amount of the rebate you receive is listed to the right of the store name on your webpage.
Some items that you purchase will not be eligible for rebates. These include gift cards, extended warranties,
or prescriptions. There may be other items not listed here that also may not be eligible.
The use of coupon or discount codes is accepted, but they may reduce or negate any rebates.
PAYMENTS
Once you accrue $10.00 or more in Rebates, we will send you a check. Checks are sent once per month, approximately 60 days to 90 days after you accrue $10.00 or more. The time is needed for the stores to confirm that the purchases are qualified purchases, as well as to ensure that their are no returns.
ACCOUNT INACTIVITY
Member Accounts that are left inactive for a period of 180 days, will be removed from our system and closed. If there is an accrued balance that is equal to or less than $9.99, the account will be assessed a one time fee equal to the accrued balance to bring the balance to zero dollars, and will be closed. If there is no accrual and the balance is $0.00, the account will simply be closed and removed. At no time will a Member ever owe monies to I-Want-Rebates.com based on fees - the account will simply be closed.
PRIVACY POLICY / DISCLOSURE OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You authorize I-Want-Rebates.com to only disclose to third parties information you have provided, or information that
I-Want-Rebates.com has obtained about your I-Want-Rebates.com account or shopping behavior: (i) to agents and licensors of I-Want-Rebates.com or its affiliates, such as independent auditors, consultants or attorneys; (ii) to comply with government agency or court orders or requests; (iii) in providing aggregated and non-personalized marketing services for an advertising or store partner, or (iv) where it is necessary for redemption or transfer of your cash back rewards. Further, you authorize I-Want-Rebates.com to receive any account information from any Affiliated Store including, but not limited to information regarding purchases made, items searched, products ordered, order number, the time and date the purchase occurred, and the email address entered for the purchase. You agree to hold the Affiliated Store harmless for any information disclosed to I-Want-Rebates.com. You allow I-Want-Rebates.com to collect and use non-personalized marketing information regarding visits and related to purchases made from internet commerce sites.
By signing up for membership at I-Want-Rebates.com, you agree to receive communications that are account and membership related as well as periodic shopping-related emails that highlight coupons and special deals that are available to I-Want-Rebates.com members. You can opt-out of receiving e-mails that are not account-related by sending an e-mail to optout@i-want-rebates.com. Since we need to communicate account information with you in order to operate our service, you cannot unsubscribe from account information emails.
